Jeff founded North Star in 1986. He has been in property management since 1981 and is responsible for overall management of the firm. He has development project management experience with specialty in renovation projects of under $10 million in capitalization. His finance experience includes placement of several types of building financing as well venture capital work. Jeff is the primary deal maker at North Star.

Jeff is a member and director of civic and nonprofit organizations. His education includes a Master’s in Business Administration.

Debra Woodside has been a Property Manager for ten years – eight of which has been with North Star. She has an AS degree in Business and is the proud mother of three.

Guillermo Ramirez has been with North Star for seven years and was promoted to Controller in 2006. An immigrant from Columbia, has over sixteen years of experience in accounting. He has a BS degree in Accounting. Prior to North Star, Guillermo received his accounting experience with American Express and other international firms.

Myriam Ramirez has a BS in accounting and ESL certification. She has 14 years of accounting experience, the last five of which have been with North Star as its Bookeeper. She and Guillermo are married, with one son and enjoy ballroom dancing.

Paul is an established utility maintenance person. He has 40 years experience in the industry. His experience places him in the top 10% in building knowledge. He enjoys his work and working with people. There is no wonder why most repair requests come in a form of “can you send Paul over to fix…”

Paul’s tenure with North Star – since 1996 – has gained him in-depth familiarity with our portfolio of buildings. He understands our clients’ needs and the reason for our company operations. He is an asset to us and he will be for you. He plans on staying with North Star until retirement.

Jose Sanchez has been in the janitorial business for many years and takes great pride in his work. He is the proud father of five and is a pastor at his local church. He has been with North Star for eight years.

Florentine Garcia has been providing janitorial services for six years and has been with North Star since 2006. He has three children and is an avid soccer fan.

Jose Bonilla is the father of five and he has been with North Star since 2007 and in the janitorial business for seven years. His outside interests include cooking and soccer.
